Reviewer Autofill ("the app", "we") is run by Andr3wLeon. This page explains what the app does with your Google account data. Questions: andr3wleon@gmail.com.
What the app accesses and why
- Your email address and Google account (userinfo.email): to know which reviewer you are, so your edits are matched to you, your name goes on your own rows, and the activity log shows who did what.
- Google Sheets (spreadsheets): only the review spreadsheet whose link you give us, and our own activity-log spreadsheet. The app reads the note cell you edit and writes the Yes/No, the note and your reviewer name into the same row. It also reads the spreadsheet's title to show it in your status. It does not read or change other files or other cells.
- Triggers (script.scriptapp): to install and remove the small "on edit" trigger on your spreadsheet that runs the autofill, and a timer that refreshes the access code.
- External requests (script.external_request): to send notices (access code updates, release notes, activity summaries and alerts) to a Discord channel run by the app's owner. No spreadsheet contents are sent.
What we store
- Your reviewer name, email address, the ID and title of the spreadsheet you connected, your shortcuts, and whether the autofill is on.
- An activity log: the time, your email and name, the spreadsheet, the kind of action (for example a note picked and its Yes/No result), and any error. It holds counts and labels, not the text of applications.
- Usage counts (for example how many times the autofill ran) and which access codes were used.
This data is kept in the app's own Google Apps Script storage and in the activity-log Google Sheet, both owned by the app's operator. Google's own security protects them. We do not store your Google password, and we never receive it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising.
- We do not share it with anyone, except the app's operators and administrators who run the review process and need to see the activity log, and where the law requires it.
- No person reads the contents of your spreadsheets through the app, and the data is not used to train AI or machine learning models.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting your data
- Turn the autofill off in the app, or remove your connection, to remove the trigger from your spreadsheet.
- Remove the app's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To have your stored profile and log entries deleted, email andr3wleon@gmail.com from the address you used. We will delete your profile and remove or anonymize your log entries within 30 days.
Changes
If we change what the app does with your data, we will update this page and the date above.
